Accommodation Facilities during Summer University 2005

 

 

In 2005 SUN course participants will be accommodated during their stay in Budapest in CEU Residence and Conference Center, Hotel Ében and Platanus Hotel.

 

If you plan to stay somewhere else please contact Sarolta Szabo at szabos@ceu.hu as soon as possible so that we can cancel your reservation. Requests to be upgraded in a single room in CEU Residence and Conference Center are pending for the first two weeks of July due to overbooking. For the rest of July there are still vacancies depending on room availability at the participant’s expense.

All participants are accommodated in double occupancy rooms with bath.

Rooms can be occupied one day before the beginning of the course at 2:00 p.m. and must be vacated one day after the course ends by 10:00 a.m. If for some reason you are planning to arrive earlier or/and leave later, please make arrangements with the hotel yourself and also let the Summer University Office know about the exact date of your arrival and departure.

Please note that the red Metro line is under reconstruction at the moment, so please consult the Kerepesi reception or this homepage for information!
