* with the permission of the department head MA students can attend the PhD elective courses. PhD students must choose a minimum of 8 credits from the elective courses

** *PHD students may chose from the MA elective course list offered by our department or any other CEU department, after previously consulting with Department Head and the PhD Director, however PHD students get half credit for the MA courses (4-cr MA course is 2-cr for PhDs).
