Family Participation

Family members accompanying registered CAED participants may join the conference meals subject to space availability.  If you would like to bring one or more family members to the Thursday reception, Friday or Saturday lunch, or the Saturday evening dinner-cruise, please notify us by May 10 how many for each of these events and the names of each person.

The conference will charge the marginal cost for each event, and payment can be made in cash on arrival at the conference (if the spaces have been confirmed by May 10).  The charges are as follows:
