13:30-14:15 Introduction to sustainability reporting by the IFC, GRI and CEU. Recent developments in Sustainability Reporting in the global and the EU Accession Context. GRI Guidelines. IFC “ Social & Environmental Objectives & Requirements 

14:15-15:00 Group work: śCompany issues, GRI outputs, IFC needs” “ exploration of areas of conflict and convergence 

15:30-16:45 Groups reporting back and plenary discussion 

11 November 2001, Sunday

9:30-11:00 The Road Map towards sustainability reporting: expectations, realities, and stages of the process by L. Kingo (NovoNordisk), P. Monoghan (the Co-operative Bank) and M. Line (CSR Network) followed by group discussion 

11:30-12:30 Feedback from the group discussions. Summary of key findings. 

13:30-15:00 Successful Reporting “ Report Preparation by GRI, P. Monoghan (The Co-operative Bank) and U. Bergmann (Henkel) followed by a group discussion. Developing an effective reporting strategy. Building strong data collection systems. Preparing and communicating a good report. How verification processes can add-value. Stakeholders
