OBJECTIVE

The objective of this course is to enable participants to gain a solid understanding of the changing business environment and an overview of major issues confronting managers in managing human resources in organizations. Organizations can only be effective if they adopt structures and policies that are adapted to the requirements of the environment and changing demands of the employees.

 

Teaching method

The course will combine class teaching with case method. The case studies are part of the reading material and it will be very useful to read assigned parts before class discussions and exercises. One-third of the time will be provided for class discussions and exercises
