Aims of Course

The purpose of the course «Amelioration with basic use of efficiency use of water resources» is: To explain students the meaning of national economy. To aquatint the students with ways and engineering of realization of separate kinds of ameliorative of measures with rational use of ameliorative systems, hydraulic engineering structures in working order.

Tasks of study of discipline

The course «Amelioration with basic use of efficiency use of water resources» has the following tasks:

Training the students in methods of amelioration use in various ameliorative zones of our country. To show students adverse natural conditions and appropriate ameliorative of a measure used in these conditions-irrigation, drainage, salinity of land control, and washing is natural -salt of grounds, against on erosion measures, efficiency use of water resources. To teach students to define an economic efficiency carried out on ameliorative measure. To acquaint students with an advanced achievement of a science and engineering in the area of ameliorative and also to tear techniques of the appropriate means in concrete natural -economic conditions, close to production.

The formation of excess and scarcity of a soil moisture depends on zone and local topographical, hydro-geologic, hydrological, soil-climatic factors. In different zones not identical amelioration is required. In conditions of excess moisture ameliorative of measures direct on removal of excess of water on strengthening of aeration and increase of temperature of ground. On salinity soil carry out ameliorative of measure on salinity control on irrigation lands.

Introduction. A measures under the warning salinity and waterlogging control on irrigation lands. Drainage on irrigation lands. Cause of primary and secondary salinization and waterlogging on irrigation lands.
