Natalija VrecerCurriculum Vitae Natalija Vrecer is an independent researcher, collaborating with the Foundation Gea 2000 in Ljubljana. She is also a collaborator of the Institute for Ethnic Studies, Ljubljana, Slovenia. Between 1990 and 1997 she was a Research Assistant at the Department of Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology, Faculty of Arts, Ljubljana. Between 1998 - 2000 she worked as a researcher at the Peace Institute, Ljubljana. From January-June 2000 she was a Junior Visiting Fellow at the Institute for Human Sciences, Vienna. She was also International Policy Fellow in 2000 at the Center for Policy Studies, CEU, Budapest. She holds MA degree in cultural anthropology obtained at the Department of Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology, Faculty of Arts, Ljubljana, and is currently finishing a PhD on integration of Bosnian and Kosovo refugees in Slovenia at the independent post-graduate faculty Institutum Studiorum Humanitatis (in Ljubljana). Her research interests include anthropology of (forced) migrants, intertwining of legal, psychological and feminist anthropology, human rights issues, and policy research. |
