Academic Forum

The Academic Forum is an academic and managerial body which incorporates all heads of departments and programs, as well as the Dean of Special and Extension Programs, the head of the CEU Library, and a student representative from each teaching site (and invited heads of academic support units such as the computer and the language centers). The Academic Forum meets at least ten days before the Senate meeting. All academic matters, as well as matters of academic impact, are submitted to the Academic Forum by the President and Rector at least two weeks before any Senate meeting. The Academic Forum does not take decisions but makes recommendations to be considered by the Senate.
